This entails identifying, analyzing, evaluating, recommending and capturing business opportunities that align with GMM's core competencies. Collaboration with Engineering, Operations and Executive Leadership is essential.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned.Work closely with CEO to refine and implement sales processes.Implement process with sales team.Responsibility of all GMM sales initiatives.Member of GMM Senior Leadership Team.Mentor and train existing and new sales talent.Responsible for customer marketing materials.Grow business into new markets.Building strong business relationships with new and existing customers.Perform long-term forecasting of customer base.Evaluating customer base to determine growth potentials and strategic alignment.Customer communication of growth projections, capacity initiatives, and goals.Develop market and sales forecasts for existing and potential customers, completing financial analysis of business opportunities, evaluating product costs and profitability, budgeting, competitor analysis and evaluating new product opportunities.Responsible for sales activities including establishing marketing strategies, presentations to key customers, management of key customer expectations and attending trade shows representing GMM.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Master's degree/military experience a plus.Proven sales management experience: taking a company from its current sales level to the next sales level.10 years of combined sales/sales leadership experience.A history of measurable sales achievements.Excellent communication skills (phone, email) and Internet research knowledge.Physical Demands Include:Sitting, driving, standing, and walking.Use of hands and arms to operate office equipment.Must have current, unrestricted driver's license and passport.Must be able to travel.Being able to see (20/25 vision with glasses, 20/25 without) and hear (with mechanical assistance if necessary) sufficient to understand and comprehend individual one-on-one conversations.Work Environment:This person will work in an office which is a temperature-controlled environment with moderate noise. There will be outside time spent in the manufacturing environment. This setting involves manufacturing equipment with others working in close proximity.This position requires travel.
