NoPosition PurposeThe Assistant Director of Digital Engagement plays a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility and influence of Dartmouth's executive leadership and main brand channels across social media platforms. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to elevate Dartmouth's brand, engage our audience, and drive meaningful conversations. Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies focused on amplifying the presence and thought leadership of executive leaders across key platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels.Campus-wide collaboration:

Provide guidance and support to executive leadership and other key stakeholders on social media best practices, content creation, engagement techniques, and crisis management.Management:

Provide mentoring and guidance to junior staff on the social media team, fostering their professional development and helping them grow their skills and expertise in social media management.Emergency Communications:

Updates and trains staff on the social media emergency communication plan.Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness through actions, interactions, and communications with others.Performs other duties as assigned.
