At Leadership Circle, we believe good leadership can be learned, but the framework needs to be taught to people as they evolve and enhance their abilities.We serve two distinct audiences. First, we work with independent coaches and business owners who use our 360-degree assessment to work with our clients. We regularly recruit new coaches to our cause and encourage them to use our assessment in all our engagements.Second, we serve internal HR teams with a variety of consulting services, including coaching, succession planning, team evaluations, and more. All our consulting services start out with one of our assessments, allowing us to leverage the universal model of leadership as a shared framework for organizations across the globe. Our clients have included Honda, Pixar, Microsoft, and over half of the Fortune 50 companies.We seek an experienced B2B Growth Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue and target our key audiences. As a B2B Marketing Manager at Leadership Circle, you will ensure that all of our messaging aligns with the brand voice, help create digital campaigns for various channels, such as social media and email, and create data-backed reports to present to the VP of Marketing. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to meet our company’s goals. Prior experience as a B2B Marketer or a similar role is required.This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a well-established global start-up with global leaders in leadership development.Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution for B2B demand generation campaigns across all channels, including website, email, conferences, events, media outreach, and socialAnalyze, track, and report on ongoing B2B marketing initiatives and present data-backed reports to leadershipOptimize existing ad channels while looking for strategic expansion into other available channels.Coordinate the creation of thought leadership content to help drive technology, program awareness/adoption, and position key Leadership Circle stakeholders as subject matter expertsDevelop landing pages and nurturing campaigns that move prospects efficiently through the sales funnelIdentify and help create content assets for the different stages of our buyer journeysParticipate in market research efforts as needed to improve advertising ROI and inform product development decisionsRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field7+ years of B2B marketing experienceExperience using Hubspot and familiarity with NetsuiteExperience developing B2B marketing plans and campaignsSolid experience in branding and demand generation campaignsExceptional advertising copywriting skillsExtensive expertise in paid social and paid search campaignsDeep knowledge of email marketing best practicesExperience and understanding of modern SEO techniquesMastery of the marketing and sales funnel and the ability to maximize campaigns at every level.Full-spectrum digital marketing experience that includes collaborating on the development of website content, webinars, email marketing and social media campaignsProficient in landing page best practicesAbility to successfully collaborate cross-functionally to align internal and external stakeholdersExceptional written and verbal communication skills
