Mon-FridayWe are looking for a professional who is focused on data, pays attention to details, and follows structured processes. In this position, you will be responsible for managing our direct mail program. This includes selecting mail locations and quantities, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring the successful implementation and execution of the program. The ideal candidate will focus on metrics, engagement, insights, test results and the unique/effective ways to improve the data collected.Education and experience are strictly required:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.5+ years of marketing operations work experience.Direct Mail Program Management and Optimization:

Oversee the end-to-end management of our company's extensive direct mail program.Collaborate with multiple agencies to ensure successful execution.Select and cross-reference mailing lists for accuracy and relevance.Data-Driven Decision Making:

Leverage Tableau and Excel extensively to analyze data.Data Management and Process Optimization:

Ensure accurate processing of event and registrant information data across systems.Maintain data accuracy and integrity throughout the direct mail program life cycle.Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.Budget Management:

Manage direct mail budgets by state, ensuring adherence to financial targets.Collaborate closely with sales leaders to provide visibility into direct mail program while garnering feedback about tests performance.Gather feedback from sales teams and incorporate their insights into program optimization.Foster a strong partnership between marketing and sales for alignment on goals and strategies.Reporting and Dashboard Oversight:

Consistently review KPIs to understand performance, identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate different campaign variables and creative elements.Required skill: Reporting:

Regularly report on the performance of the direct mail program to company leadership.Provide clear and concise summaries of key findings, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for growth.Advanced Excel skills related to marketing operations.
