This position is responsible for supporting the Healthcare team to achieve overall strategic and growth objectives while also supporting the execution of key healthcare and enterprise marketing initiatives. It is also responsible for working cross-functionally with groups such as sales, marketing, product management, etc. to support product and content development for all healthcare submarkets.Essential Functions and Responsibilities Coordinates the design, development and deployment of:Marketing strategy and tactics within context of long term strategic planPrograms to capture dominant market share in new and/or under-penetrated market segmentsDistributor-specific marketing programsAdvertising within all targeted marketsAlso:Coordinates with Healthcare Clinical and Sales teams as well as Enterprise Marketing and Design teams to create marketing communications and educational materials (e.g., sell sheets, brochures, websites, training content, eBooks)Follows through on projects, leading phases where appropriateAnalyzes target market segments to determine market needsConfers with other department leaders to outline programs or policiesAssists in the positioning of brands within target marketsAssists in the creation of high levels of awareness and demand for products within all target marketsIdentifies hand hygiene, skin care and other related educational needs of target usersSynthesizes data to support a continuous stream of innovative products to meet user's needsSolicits vendor support/trade show services for industry and market-specific shows, conferences or promotional eventsCollaborates with multiple stakeholders to bring leading-edge ideas to lifeBrings innovation to existing and new marketing programs and contentAssists in the development and commercialization of new products, services and solutions for the healthcare marketAssists in upholding legal and regulatory guidance on product and marketing claimsProvides internal and external sales support to healthcare sales team including creating sales presentation materials, leveraging other business team resources and other GOJO vital resource groupsCollaborates with GOJO Healthcare Sales Directors to create and present training to distributor sales repsEducation and Experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferredMinimum two (2) years' experience in marketing, product management and / or sales required, preferably in a B2B organizationHealthcare industry experience preferredAnalytical and project management experience a plusProficiency with all MS Office products requiredCRM a plusSupervision/Coordination
