Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.Overview Empower Brands is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing of several of its residential franchise brands. This is a highly consultative position that requires marketing strategy experience, ability to lead and manage, a counter-intuitive thinker, and a person who possesses a genuine passion for people.The Senior Marketing Manager is a key member of Empower Brand’s marketing team who will manage Brand Marketing Managers and work closely with the Brand Leaders to identify and support the brands’ marketing goals.

Essential Responsibilities

Drive the marketing and support of two of the Empower Brand’s residential franchise concepts.Work closely with the Brand Leader to identify opportunities, develop, execute and track marketing initiatives to accomplish the brands’ objectives.Possess the ability to analyze marketing data, identify and assess marketing opportunities, and then advise on the best marketing strategies to accomplish business objectives.Ensure the recommended marketing and advertising strategies and tactics are implemented across the franchise systems.Report on aggregated system-wide data about marketing efforts that are driving results.Deliver in-person new franchisee training and ongoing training.Manage and pursue new third-party suppliers to meet goals and objectives of the marketing department and the franchise system.Manage the development of creative assets both internally and externally for the brand.Manage technology solutions that assist franchisees with the implementation of local marketing and advertising efforts.Play a key role in the development and implementation of a national marketing plan.Essential Competencies

5+ years experience in Marketing field with knowledge of online and offline tactics.Previous experience analyzing digital marketing campaigns including pay-per-click.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field is preferred.Microsoft Office and Adobe products knowledge and proficiency.Adept at learning new technology and marketing platforms.Experience managing others.Strong communication and presentation skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work both independently as well as within a team environment.Self-starter.Attention to detail.Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.Persistence and Persuasiveness.Multi-tasking capabilities.A creative thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture.Marketing in a franchise organization is a plus.
