We are growing rapidly with a dynamic teamthat includes Creative, Account Service, Strategy, Ops, Production,Social, Digital, Cause, and Partnership experts providing full-servicecreative agency work for the PepsiCo Foods North American portfolio.The D3 team is a full-service creative agency that supports the PepsiCoFoods North America business, working on iconic brands like Lays,Doritos, Tostitos, Smartfood, Capn Crunch and Quaker (to name just afew!).We are currently on the lookout for 2 highly conceptual, high-performingArt Directors to join the D3 fold. Here, art directors are charged withdeveloping visual identities, refining esthetics, exploring designlanguages, and crafting layouts across a wide variety of projects(including print, web, mobile, video, and social media), while workingclosely with their creative, account, strategy, and social teams. And atD3, Art Directors arent wrists\"; They brainstorm ideas, createconcepts, and work alongside their copywriter partners to develop themessaging for everything from brand equity campaigns to big buzzworthystunts. And they also are charged with helping our best-in-class socialteam maintain their killer stream of content in support of a multitudeof brands with a wide variety of targets. The brands these positionswill cover are as follows:\* Capn Crunch, Quaker Masterbrand, Quaker Chewy, Life Cereal, PearlMilling Company, Cheetos Macn Cheese, Rice-A-Roni, Bare, HiLo, and HeathWarrior\* Portfolio of brand campaigns, Fritos, Stacys, Funyuns, Ruffles, RoldGold, Cracker Jack, Doritos and Cheetos for retail and Variety Pack\* Responsibilities\* Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative conceptsthrough execution on assigned brands\* Research and understand the client\'s needs and target audiences,through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews withsubject matter experts, and in-person meetings\* Craft original looks and designs across a range of media\* Work within established brand guidelines to create new and freshdesigns for existing brands\* Collaborate with a team of account managers and creative staff fromconcept development to delivery of final product\* Present concepts and final deliverables to internal team, and toclient representative as needed, and participate in client pitches onoccasion\* Revise designs based on internal and client feedback/direction\* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communication and industry trendsThe people who are qualified for the L7 Art Director position shouldhave these qualifications:\* They have a portfoli - The person we hire for this position willhave a website with their work. Were happy to look at as many of theseas you can gather. By looking at their website, we can quickly tell ifsomeone has the thinking were looking for. We can spend less than aminute looking at a portfolio and know if wed consider them as acandidate, so this will save you time in doing screenings withcandidates who are not appropriate.\* Theyve held the position of Art Director or Junior Art Director for2+ years at an ad agency or in-house group that does social mediacontent and TVC. Weve included a list of some agencies as examplesbelow.Compensation and Benefits:\* The expected compensation range for this position is between\$66,300 - \$111,000 based on a full-time schedule.\* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will beconsidered in setting actual starting salary.\* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% ofannual salary paid out annually.\* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave,vacation, sick, and bereavement.\* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefitspackage to support our employees and their families, subject toelections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Dis
