What Youll Do\ As Design Innovation Manager will play a critical role in applying a short-, mid- and long-term innovation strategy, driving human centered design creative process, directly partnering with team directors and cross functional and external resources. All innovative proposals will fuel projects that extend our PepsiCo Foods North America portfolio.

You will apply your experience, strength in design-led thinking tools, comfort in facilitating working sessions, will enables the completion of high performing opportunities, which supports team and delivers value for our team and stakeholders. This role will partner closely with the cross-functional team, manage a broad volume of data, insights, and foresights, synthesizing to curate exciting solutions for its intended customer or user.

This individual is highly experienced in the full workshop creative process, handling and responsible for curating best in class ideas, creating, delivering early sketch-work to final rendered concepts. The candidate has demonstrated the strength of digital, technology and eco-green-sustainability layers, seamlessly communicated through relevant presentation tools and software.

You will showcase your expert ability within design thinking, which underpins all our engagements, to pollinate design thinking within the organization through practical design methodologies, solving complex branding problems and uncovering transformation opportunities to help brands get the most out of their design investments.

Responsibilities\ * Best-in-class XF team collaboration and relationship building.\ * Champion design-thinking, 4-lens process, across our project portfolio priorities, applying, educating while collaborating.\ * Draw on diverse perspectives to solve design problems and drive effective solutions.\ * Articulate design vision through prototyping, scenario modeling, strategic roadmaps, etc.\ * Collaborate closely with researchers, marketers, media teams to cross-pollinate ideas, methods, and approaches\ * Drive and implement team methodologies, nurture the design & innovation capabilities, and deliver high quality solutions.\ * Provide mentorship and support the professional dev lopment to junior team members\ * Work collaboratively to build relationships and get things done through formal and informal channels\ * Proven ability to effectively incorporate research (including primary and secondary research) in strategic design processes. Passionate about building empathy with consumers to understand the why.\ * Curate and conduct brainstorming and synthesis workshops, leading development phases with XF teams, and curating output.\ * Hands on sketching, illustration, concept development techniques to create and communicate lo-fi to Gen-ai concepts.\ * Highly collaborative, able to ideate and construct ideas within a ONE team-based design environment.\ * Experienced in conducting and facilitating concept generation sessions.\ * High-level presentation building and presenting experience.

Compensation and Benefits:\ The expected compensation range for this position is between \$102,800 - \$172,100 based on a full-time schedule.\ Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary\ Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.\ Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.\ In addition to salary, PepsiCo
