Join us.About the TeamWe’re looking for a highly talented and motivated individual to join our Global Integrated MarComs team in New York as a Growth Marketing Manager. The Global Integrated MarComs team is responsible for developing and delivering communications strategies that advance TikTok's offering -- its products, value and vision -- among the business community. We manage all global business marketing communications channels. Our focus is on impact, positioning and consistency for the purpose of creating a unified and coordinated TikTok experience for businesses.About the RoleThe Growth Marketing Manager is an integral part of the Global Integrated MarComs team. Candidates will develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms, leveraging organic content and executing paid campaigns to achieve business outcomes. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, analytical, and has a track record of working across multiple digital platforms. They are comfortable owning a budget, reporting on performance regularly, and working with other internal teams to source and produce campaign assets.ResponsibilitiesPlan and develop a strategy to optimize and scale our lifecycle marketing program. Partner with our web, CRM and social teams to create and execute a roadmap of experiments that improve metrics across the funnel.Develop a strong understanding of our users and their needs. Optimize strategies for SEO, SEM, CRM and campaigns that help users build repeatable habits and become more engaged with our product.Implement experimentation processes that enable the team to work more efficiently and allow us to run more impactful experiments at a faster cadence.Proactively make recommendations to the marketing team; source case studies, research, playbooks and other assets from teams to repurpose into ad creative.Utilize user data to improve the personalization and effectiveness of campaigns overall.Rigorously monitor campaign and experiment performance and continuously strategize how to improve and unlock additional growth levers.Partner with web, social, content and operations teams to gather data and establish new reports/dashboards; collaborate closely with counterparts in other regions to co-develop creative ideas, learnings, and efficiencies.Work closely with platforms and vendors (e.g contractors and/or 3rd party agencies) to identify opportunities and scale performance and outcomes.Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on the performance of marketing initiatives.QualificationsMinimum 5+ years direct experience managing paid social campaignsThe ability to manage SEO and SEM marketing campaigns, as well as social media and CRM campaignsExperience in optimising landing pages for optimal conversionsHands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals, process improvement projects, and campaign managementA customer focused mindset and great analytical skillsCreativity, motivation and a structured approachSelf-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of building relationships across teams and acting as a subject matter expert within the greater marketing orgTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Compensation Description (annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $100000 - $130000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
