Leads oversight of profitability, investment performance, governance, operating model, vendor management and strategic direction of investment products.Oversees structuring changes of products or accounts and fosters strategic partnership between product management and portfolio management, legal, accounting, and client servicing teams.Leads monitoring efforts of governance matters with various private fund boards and internal committees relating to product development and administration.Verifies that clients are provided with excellent customer service and expert assistance on assigned product matters by designated team members.THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
5 years of experience in Digital Product Management is preferredBachelor's degree is preferredFinancial services experience working with sales and service organizationsPrevious experience with CRM solutionsExperience translating business success factors into analytics, then designing and implementing analytical dashboardsExperience delivering products in an Agile environmentAbility to convey complex ideas to both business and technical audiencesKnowledge of agile development and JIRA work tools a plus.POSITION: UX Designer
