This requires an in-depth understanding of media strategy, cross-channel planning, data, and the intricacies of media activation and campaign performance analysis.You have 10+ years of experience in an integrated cross-channel media planning role. You are passionate about consumer behavior and the use of data, and have strong POVs, engaging in industry and agency thought leadership.This role is hybrid and requires working onsite at our New York office, with flexibility to work from home too.Drives strategic leadership and coordination across the teamAccountable to ensure work is data-driven, strategic, and innovative.Brings first-to-market opportunities and thinking to clients on an ongoing basisDevelops and nurtures ongoing, trusting partnerships with key clients, especially at the senior levelYou are comfortable explaining media theories and technology to clients, partners, and internal teams.You enjoy building relationships with clients, as well as new business prospects and partner agencies.You have an entrepreneurial streak and are excited about building the agency with new tools, ideas, and opportunities.You are looking for a place to learn, push and build something special, and want to do it in a collaborative environment. You should be comfortable in a casual environment where the structure is loose, and the only limitations are your own.REQUIREMENTS10+ years of experience in media planning.A thorough understanding of the media landscape and how it’s evolving.The use of data and analytics to improve strategic goalsProviding strategic leadership based on an in-depth knowledge of each client’s businessAdvance media product delivered to clients, fueled by a holistic understanding of advertising and media.Liaison between partner agencies, media partners, in-house client strategy/creative teamsStrong financial acumenTeam management, including managing and mentoring team members. Reviews, performance issues, timely reviews/feedback, active work distribution, and fair rotationsParticipation in new businessStrong listening skills: believes good thinking can come from anyone and any place.A team player willing to compromise their point of view in support of others. This person WILL BE part of highly successful integrated cross-discipline teamsSalary range $150k - $175k. Commensurate with experience. Compensation is determined based on the skills, qualifications, and tenure of the applicant.
