Maybe that means implementing a website update, or building a new app, or designing the company’s social media presence. On such a small team, you’ll gladly carry a no-job-too-big-or-small sign, sometimes taking a leadership role and sometimes working as an individual contributor, but always having fun.A big part of your role will be in translating input from user testing and personalizing design based on findings that the digital group has gathered, so be sure to bring your analytical hat.In-house digital branding work is a significant component of your experience. Either you’ve already taken up a leadership role, or you’ve had the increasing responsibility that signals that you’re poised for it. You’re naturally collaborative, outgoing, personable and fair.
