Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to build a company based on Integrity , Excellence , and Ingenuity!What You’ll DoThis position organizes, coordinates, and controls activities involved in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. Tasks may include assisting with the development of marketing campaigns that include email and content marketing and PR; writing content; creating or modifying graphics; planning events; preparing presentations; maintaining databases; and conducting market research. Other responsibilities include:Interact with internal staff in multiple departments and offices.Interact with vendors and teaming partners.Compose or edit technical, essay-type writing.Write content for social media.Coordinate, assemble, and prepare materials for client presentations and interviews, in accordance with corporate branding guidelines.Compile and synthesize research.Maintain multiple data files and databases.Prepare reports.Assist with conference/seminar coordination.Maintain Government Standard forms, like SF330.Assist with updating information in on-line client portals.To Be Successful

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with an emphasis in marketing, design, journalism, English or public relations.At least 3 years of relevant experience.Proficient in Adobe InDesign, additional Adobe product knowledge a plusKnowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPointAble to work well within a team, or independentlyAble to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAble to manage time to meet immovable deadlinesAble to write and speak for business applicationsAble to read and decipher detailed instructionsExperience at an A/E/C firm, a plusBenefits and Perks
