Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.Develop and implement a comprehensive UI/UX strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.Drive innovation in design, staying ahead of industry trends and incorporating best practices.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of UI/UX designers, researchers, and developers.Recruit, hire, and retain top talent in the field of UI/UX designEstablish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices.Oversee all design projects, from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.Provide constructive feedback and guidance on design work, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Oversee user research activities to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.Implement and oversee usability testing to ensure designs meet user requirements and provide a seamless experience.Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive product development and alignment with business goals.Communicate design strategies, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.Ensure all products are designed with a user-centered approach, prioritizing usability and accessibility.Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.Define and track UI/UX performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of design solutions.Utilize data and analytics to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.Manage the budget for the UI/UX department, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the UI/UX team.Continuously improve design processes and workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, legal requirements, and accessibility guidelines.Perform all other duties and special projects as assignedEducation and/or Training:

Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master’s preferredAdditional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus8+ years’ experience, including 5+ at a leadership level; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferredExtensive knowledge and experience within own function and general knowledge of areas, departments and/or function(s) within and across other disciplines#LI-FB1
