Lead the creation of impactful creative marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring a cohesive brand identity and message across all channels.Create, plan, and manage the development of integrated, omnichannel marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.Develop and maintain a clear and compelling brand strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, values, and objectives.Create playbooks to support the consistent activation of brand elements across all marketing assets.Foster a culture of creative disruption, always seeking new ways to stand out in a crowded marketplace.Mentor and develop your team, creating an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.Collaborate with and manage external creative agencies and internal teams to ensure brand-aligned and top-tier creative output.Use market research and performance data to inform creative decisions and campaign strategies.Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a unified brand message across all touchpoints.Oversee the production of high-quality marketing assets, including digital content, print materials, and multimedia, ensuring they meet brand standards.Manage and allocate the marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to maximize ROI.Monitor and evaluate brand performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns.Requirements

5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related field.Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in a leadership role, managing teams, and overseeing creative projects.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.Highly organized and detail oriented.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
