In the role, you will be responsible for onsite merchandising support key categories, including fashion, consumer electronics, pets, and more.The successful candidate will plan and schedule content across the site and outbound channels, analyze metrics, and report on performance. They will be data driven, results-oriented, and able to effectively manage stakeholders across marketing and business teams.Key job responsibilitiesDrive internal and external trafficPlan, develop, and execute compelling e-mails and merchandising campaignsAnalyze results of merchandising and traffic effortsPlan, develop, and coordinate cross-site sales and eventsReview and drive improvements to customer experienceAnalyze performance of content and email, always seeking ways to improveWork with vendors and vendor managers to create on-brand, best-in-class contentAnalyze traffic patterns and optimize for seasonality, relevance, and selection to drive site improvementsBasic Qualifications4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze dataExperience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completionPreferred QualificationsExperience using customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programsExperience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generationAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
