Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, the Senior TV Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving and executing the company's TV sales on broadcast networks such as QVC & HSN. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the television industry. The Senior TV Sales Manager will work closely with the VP of Sales to execute the TV sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand brand awareness.Key Responsibilities:Implement Sales Strategies:

Collaborate with the VP of Sales to plan and execute the company’s TV sales strategies in line with company objectives. Develop compelling on and off-air assortments to drive sell in and execute on-air production to drive sell through.Account Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Act as the main point of contact for business inquiries, proposals, and negotiations. Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues.Sales Execution:

Lead the TV sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives. Develop television on-air sales strategies and deliver compelling on-air sales presentations. Develop assortments and negotiate pricing to maximize profitability.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to support sales efforts. Communicate market feedback to inform product assortments and new offers.Sales Reporting and Inventory Analysis:

Track and analyze sales performance metrics, manage product forecasts, and on hand inventory levels. Prepare regular reports and updates for the VP of Sales and executive leadership.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in TV sales or a related industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of the television industry, including on-air execution, QA, and legal claims process.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build relationships.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to develop and execute sales plans.Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Proficiency in sales forecasting and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to travel as needed for key airtime, meetings, and events.Our Benefits & Perks:You will be part of an engaged, inclusive, global community that values family, giving back, beauty, and sustainability.
