The Digital Marketing Manager will lead a team that develops and executes strategic marketing initiatives that support business objectives, advances the digital consumer experience, and differentiates the brand. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership across the health system to understand overall business goals and strategy, analyze strategic needs, and identify opportunities.A successful candidate will be a proven innovator in digital marketing with experience leading high performing teams while maintaining humility. He or she will possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and expert knowledge of digital marketing best practices.This position supports the Brand/Digital team and maintains collaborative relationships with the marketing team across the various workstreams of PR/Comms, Service Line, and B2B/Outreach. The employee will be expected to support all organizational expectations including, but not limited to, customer service, patient's rights, confidentiality of information, environment of care and MemorialCare initiatives.Essential Functions And Responsibilities Of The Job

Directly leads a team of digital marketing professionals and agency partners. Supports a culture of teamwork, learning, innovation, and accountability. Coaches and inspires teammates to achieve professional and developmental goals.Develops strategic and measurable digital marketing plans and KPIs to maximize digital activities (websites, patient app, etc.) to support business goals and objectives and oversees the effective execution of the plans.Leads the strategy and planning for enterprise level websites to ensure they are market leading, high performing, easy to use, and compliant with regulatory requirements (ADA and OCR).Manages digital marketing programs including SEO, online directories, lead generation platforms like Yelp, Google My Business, and email marketing and automation.Partner with agencies and Service Line marketing to ensure campaigns are generating desired results and using best practices.Analyze and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital efforts with overall marketing objectives.Oversee the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and automation.Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the digital landscape.Stay informed about changes in digital regulations and compliance requirements.Evaluates and refines the consumer experience across multiple channels and touch points; leads work to optimize the website and collaborates with internal partners to ensure that the consumer experience is consistent across all digital channels.Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners.Collaborates with entire marketing team, including PR/Comms, Service Line and B2B/Outreach.Other job duties as assigned.Minimum RequirementsQualifications/Work Experience

5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.Health care experience preferred.Detail oriented, ensuring quality work.Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across various channels.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, analyze trends, and extract actionable insights. Expert working knowledge of GA4 and/or Adobe Analytics.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media tools, CRM, and email marketing platforms. Experience with Drupal, WordPress, or other enterprise CRM required.Creativity: Ability to think creatively and strategically, developing innovative marketing approaches to drive engagement and conversions.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.Project Management: Effective project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with external partners.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the digital landscape and implement new strategies accordingly.Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire a digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Education/Licensure/Certification

A bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may also be considered.
