We work to champion our clients and their complex ideas while transforming those ideas into compelling and meaningful stories.Job Overview:We're looking for a talented and motivated Associate Creative Director to join our fast-paced and growing team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in crafting compelling video content that engages audiences and achieves marketing goals.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into creative video concepts.Develop pitch decks, concepts, and storyboards that bring video ideas to life.Work closely with the Accounts Team to provide creative solutions for clients.Pitch ideas, content, and story ideas to clients.Provide creative direction throughout the production process, ensuring videos meet brand guidelines and achieve the desired tone and style.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.Stay up-to-date on the latest video production trends and technologies.Assist creative producers with brainstorming and ideation.Qualifications:3 - 4 years of experience in video production or a related field.Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visuals.Strong understanding of video production processes.Strong understanding of visual design principles and composition.Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.A passion for video and a desire to learn and grow.Bonus points for:Experience with motion graphics or animation.Knowledge of social media video marketing best practices.A strong understanding of SEO principles for video content.What We Offer:The opportunity to work on a variety of exciting video projects.A collaborative and creative work environment.A chance to learn from experienced professionals in the video production industry.Remote first work model, work from anywhere!Competitive salary and benefits package.If you're ready to take your video career to the next level, we encourage you to apply!
