We get to experience and witness radical life transformations.As a Creative & Digital Marketing Associate, you will oversee the creative design and direction on all marketing campaigns and events, to increase the overall awareness, storytelling capability, and fundraising success of Atlanta Mission. This individual will be the gatekeeper of the Atlanta Mission brand both internally and externally. As brand ambassador and storyteller, this individual gives a voice to the voiceless and shares a clear message of how donors and volunteers can be involved in the mission of Atlanta Mission.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Creative and DigitalSupport creative and design direction for all Atlanta Mission marketing channels, including digital, direct mail, and web presence.Provide digital marketing support including landing pages, email creation and deployment, social media direction, blog writing, website editing, SEO, and SEM.Work to ensure a multi-platform marketing plan is carried out across all channels with all agencies.Update and maintain brand standards and work with all agencies to ensure alignment across all creative elements.Be a thought leader on the team for new and creative growth strategies across all channels.Assist in the creation of all general and major donor marketing and event collateral.Co-lead event strategy with the Director of Marketing; this includes branding, marketing, digital components, logistics, day-of execution, and post-event follow-up.Content Development/ProductionDevelop sources and generate stories across all marketing channels.Ensure an abundant supply of content that establishes and sustains Atlanta Mission’s reputation of meeting needs and solving the problems of the homeless.Work with vendors, staff, and pro-bono service providers to ensure a continuous supply of collateral materials.Identify new potential vendors and partners to help elevate the Atlanta Mission brand and manage existing partners with the highest level of excellence.Analytics and InsightsMeasure and report performance on all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals and KPIs.Identify trends and insights in order to optimize spend and performance.Support planning and strategy development for the department.Participate in Development team activities as needed.Attend professional association meetings and training as appropriate.Participate in team and Atlanta Mission-wide meetings.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsYou will uphold the following Christ-Centered values:Humbly Serve:

You embrace God’s desire for oneness and kingdom-focused unity.Position Requirements:Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
