We get to experience and witness radical life transformations.The Digital Marketing Associate helps create and deploy digital and creative marketing campaigns, along with events, which increase the overall awareness, storytelling capability, and fundraising success of Atlanta Mission. As a brand ambassador and storyteller, this individual gives a voice to the voiceless and shares a clear message of how individuals can be involved in ending homelessness.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Digital MarketingAssists Creative and Digital Manager across all digital marketing channels, including website and email strategy and execution.Monitors success of digital marketing campaigns as well as digital channels through Google Analytics and Salesforce.Manages the Atlanta Mission Blog, monitors social media, and deploys cross departmental email communication.Ensures optimization of Atlanta Mission website for search ranking through tools such as Google search console and Yoast.Provides creative and design expertise across Atlanta Mission digital channels.Assists in the creation of digital marketing and event collateral.Assists in event strategy with the Creative and Digital Manager; this includes branding, digital marketing, logistics, day-of execution, and post-event follow-up.Ensures the brand integrity of Atlanta Mission is represented in all digital channels and communications.Content Development/ProductionDevelops sources and generates stories across all marketing channels.Ensures an abundant supply of content that establishes and sustains Atlanta Mission’s reputation of meeting needs and solving the problems of the homeless.Works with Agencies, staff and pro-bono service providers to ensure a continuous supply of collateral materials.Identifies new potential vendors and partners to help elevate the Atlanta Mission brand and manages existing partners with the highest level of excellence.Analytics and Insights:Measures and reports performance on all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals and KPI’s.Identifies trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.Other:Supports in planning and strategy development for the department.Participates in Development team activities as needed.Attends professional association meetings and training as appropriate.Participates in team and Atlanta Mission-wide meetings.Performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsYou will uphold the following Christ-Centered values:Humbly Serve:

A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
