We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, data-driven Growth Marketing Associate to join as a foundational member of our team, working closely with our founders to scale revenue and optimize our go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact, high-growth opportunity to drive user acquisition and pipeline generation for an innovative AI product, while helping define and execute the growth playbook for a breakout startup

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
Help build and test landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing automation flows
Dive into data to analyze performance and come up with ideas of optimization
Work independently on projects and collaborate closely with our founders
Contribute to content strategy, creation, SEO, and social initiatives to drive traffic and leads
1-3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or a related field
~ Comfortable using (or learning) tools like Google Ads, HubSpot, Framer, Instantly, marketing automation platforms, and spreadsheet,
~ Bound: experience with startups, B2B software, or performance marketing tools
Lunch 3 days a week in office
