This requires working with cross-functional teams, providing recommendations and execution. As part of the Medicare sales enablement team, this position supports a book of business tied to prospecting, lead acquisition and member engagement efforts throughout the year, in addition to product/benefit launches and general marketing initiatives such as program flyers and templates.A week in the life of this role manages campaigns and materials from start to finish whether it be part of a workgroup or independently. Duties include participating in meetings, consulting with account teams and customers, content development, navigating internal reviews, managing issues and expectations, managing milestones and timelines, proofing design and deliverables, coordinating with creative and design, procurement and production vendors, and evaluating progress and results.****Hybrid Position Requiring Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the Office****Required Qualifications3+ years in the Medicare industry, preferred understanding of the nuances of group retiree employer-sponsored plansPassion for serving and understanding internal and external customersDetail-oriented project management skills with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, building relationships with varying levels of the organizationDemonstration of high levels of teamwork, quality and accountabilityAbility to take the lead on projects with minimal supervisionProactivity in meeting challenges and striving for innovation with resourcefulness, utilizing best practices, critical and strategic thinking, exploring opportunities for efficiencies and improvement, and creative approachesExcellent written/verbal communications and presentation skills with both internal and external-facing customers, managing expectations, staying on task, identifying objectives and navigating challenging conversationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePointPreferred Qualifications5+ years overall marketing/communications experience supporting strategic planning, research, project management, sales support, data analytics, creative development, design, writing and productionAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment including managing challenges, deadlines and troubleshooting/adapting in order to meet objectives and stay on scheduleExperience desired in project management programs such as QuickBase, Workamajig and WorkfrontExperience in budget management as it relates to marketing estimates and spendAbility to work a hybrid work schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office location.EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $63,300.00 - $139,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
