You are joining a team that cares for the well-being of our colleagues by working together in a supportive, collaborative and agile environment.Position Overview The Strategic Marketing – B2B Senior Manager will support B2B intake and internal client engagement, asset development/execution and programs for down-market Commercial group health plan segments. This marketer works with segment COEs, local marketers and product marketers to ensure integrated marketing plan and communications are strategically aligned and position Aetna as a competitive, differentiated carrier in broker facing and plan sponsor-facing communications. This marketer will be relied upon to develop marketing plans and create and execute marketing communications that align to business strategies and ensure compliance.In this role, you will:Develop messaging strategies and execute marketing communications to support key business priorities of “down-market” segments (MM/SG/PLS/PEO) that can be leveraged nationally as well as adapted for regional needs.Ensure Aetna is on track in delivering marketing communication support for key launches, integrating closely with the business leaders in the Commercial Markets organization, Commercial Product and Product Marketing.Identify opportunities for improving effectiveness and efficiency of work processes and quality of communications across channels, as well as innovating to find more modern ways of delivering marketing communications to B2B target audiences.Required Qualifications:7+ years of B2B marketing and marketing communications experience.7+ years of developing messaging strategies and executing communications plans across channels.Preferred Qualifications:Experience preferably at a complex healthcare organization focused on the healthcare provider audience.Experience collaborating with both business partners and marketing teams/leaders.Strong health care industry and business knowledge.Strong interpersonal skills and consultation ability.Education:

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
