Candidates who are located near a CVS Health location will be required to commute into the office 3x per week.Develop innovative approaches to marketing that help the company expand business while building trust and loyalty with customers.This marketing specialist will be responsible for developing assets to acquire consumers and support key partners, to help deliver growth goals for Aetna CVS Health’s Individual & Family plans. The ideal candidate brings experience in B2B and B2C channels development, is driven, organized, pays attention to details and is a team player. Bring your expertise to a fast-paced, growing business unit, with all the career and development opportunities offered by a Fortune 6 company.Elemental Responsibilities:Develop Open Enrollment campaign online and offline communication channels.Support the Sales and Network teams with digital/physical assets, trainings, webinars, etc.Engage with our agencies to deliver on-brand assets to win consumers and enable partners.Manage operations, review and approval processes, to deliver compliant assets.Plan and prioritize development to consistently meet deadlines with excellence.Ensure digital assets meet accessibility standards, manage translations, etc.Demonstrate ability to continuously learn, improve processes, suggest ideas.Support enhancements of marketing enablement tools.Required Qualifications3+ years of progressive experience in marketing or a related field.Preferred QualificationsExperience with online/offline channels and project management.Organized with strong attention to detail.Automation experience.Experience working in a highly regulated industry.Bilingual – English/Spanish.EducationBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA preferred.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $40,600.00 - $97,800.00.This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.
