We are committed to bringing innovative solutions to communities across the country to transform the health of individuals and their neighborhoods.The Senior Manager, B2B Marketing, reports to the Lead Director of B2B. As Sr. Manager, you will act as a thought leader, a trusted advisor to drive strategic decisions about our marketing strategy and marketing mix across platforms, local presence, and activation teams. You’re an omnichannel expert, adept at inspiring partners to accelerate their digital transformation and adopt, experiment and innovate with us. You’ll be a champion of the brand and an evangelist of our connected product stories as you think nationally while acting locally. You’ll drive impact by leveraging data and insights in order to create more customized experiences and maximize ROI.You must be an innovator and a change agent with a passion for B2B client-centric, needs-based marketing. You will be responsible for the creation, development and delivery of data-driven marketing programs and campaigns that will convert prospects to clients and convert clients to brand loyalists. You will orchestrate end-to-end marketing strategies across all channels across all moments of the RFP life cycle.You will also be responsible for marketing the product specific portfolios – understanding the product value propositions, target audience, and how, when and where to bring product messages to market within client-centric marketing strategies and programs.This is a dynamic and fast paced environment, and the successful candidate will enjoy balancing short-term needs with longer-term planning. A collaborative team mindset and the ability to build consensus and influence in a cross-functional and highly matrixed environment is required.ResponsibilitiesSupport a cross-functional and collaborative ideating, execution, and measurement process across internal teams, crafting and leading strategic integrated plans designed to effectively meet designated KPIs.Develop presentations and other documents to clearly communicate strategic plans to customers, management, cross-functional partners, and the broader organization.Develop frameworks and evaluate performance.Effectively manage deliverables, report performance, communicate expectations with team and stakeholders.Create and manage processes, reporting and optimizations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across (but not limited to) proposal, product, business development, strategic marketing, brand, business/account managers, business operations, communications, and community development.Required Qualifications7+ years of strategic B2B marketing experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience with public health insurance programs and specifically health insurance.Extensive understanding of digital and social marketing industry trends, tactics, current events, and user behavior.Strong organization and program management skills.Agency and budget management experience.You are a true self-starter – provide proactive ideas, understand organizational goals, and move initiatives forward.Excellent creative writing and storytelling skills with an ability to execute visually impactful presentations (fluent PowerPoint).You’re an excellent communicator, who remains poised under pressure and can tailor messages for different audiences.You are comfortable working in a fast paced environment.Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and teams and demonstrated ability to develop and manage teams.EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent (High School Diploma and 4 years of related experience) required.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $79,200.00 - $174,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
