The Growth Marketing Team leads the company's efforts to acquire new eaters across a variety of channels. This is more than the ambition of expanding audiences, increasing traffic and conversion rate whilst keeping CAC low. Our ideal candidate will execute our Google growth strategy to scale customer acquisition across paid search, display, demand gen and performance max tactics. As the Growth Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating new customer acquisition and reactivations across CookUnity’s ideal customer segments, while maintaining efficient CACs. You will develop and deliver upon data and insight-driven Paid Search marketing plans and manage a cross-channel portfolio across search, display, video but also collaborate with the broader growth as well as CRO and audience management teams.This role reports directly to the SEM Growth Marketing Manager and involves close collaboration with CRM, Performance Creative, Branding, as well as cross-functional teamwork with Product, Tech, and Design teams.Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for day-to-day campaign management in Google Paid Search, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Performance Max.Monitor industry competitive SERP landscape for keyword research, asset creation, and trend identification.Develop, constantly test, and scale innovative marketing campaigns, ad group concepts, and creatives.Dig into performance data to understand the “why” to produce actionable outcomes and opportunities.Support in defining the performance marketing and upper funnel strategy, business plans, budgets, and structures for the performance marketing department that get us to the next level of high-quality and sustainable growth.Collaborate with our internal performance creative team and CRO (conversion rate optimization) manager to develop resonating assets and landing page experiences.Define and develop a deeper understanding of the target customer to unlock customer-centric business insights to further tailor messages to specific audiences and diligently manage KPIs for high growth impact.Leverage data and insights to develop a deeper understanding of the target customer and identify and diligently manage KPIs to constantly generate impact.Support in the onboarding and training of world-class, high-performing team members in-house and flexibly leverage top-notch external partners to achieve best-in-class success and business results.Requirements:

4+ years of relevant work experience in online DTC marketing with high-growth consumer-facing companies with an understanding of regional nuances.Hands-on experience launching and optimizing platform performance from Meta to Google ad products.Strong Excel skills with the ability to accurately and efficiently manipulate large data campaign data sets for actionable insights and optimizations.A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.Outstanding degree of understanding in a marketing or tech-related subject (e.g. AdTech, Data Science, Engineering, economics, marketing, business).Generate solutions from deconstructing problems derived from qualitative (e.g., branding, design, campaign creatives) and quantitative (e.g., performance, attribution, LTV) marketing challenges.Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously, structure and prioritize adequately for you and your teams to maximize business impact in a fast-paced, highly agile and consumer-oriented environment.Proven ability to lead and manage innovative and effective marketing programs that generate results, covering all major digital and offline marketing channels.Extremely analytical and data-driven marketer who can manage various channels, drive traffic, and transactions.Excellent leadership skills that help attract and develop outstanding marketing talent, challenge people to excel and elicit their sustained high performance - a great team player and fun to work with.Experience in managing large marketing budgets.Personal Characteristics:
