My client is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Live Event Producer to manage and oversee the production of live events. The successful candidate will coordinate all aspects of live event production, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality experiences for audiences. The Live Event Producer will provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members and collaborate with various technical staff to deliver successful events.
Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the production team during live events.Provide leadership and mentoring to junior production staff.Plan and design event layouts, including stage setup and equipment placement.Coordinate the setup, configuration, and operation of event equipment such as lighting, sound, and video systems.Monitor and troubleshoot issues in real-time during events.Collaborate with audio, video, lighting, and other technical staff for synchronized production.Breakdown and maintain event equipment post-event.Develop and maintain client relationships, manage contracts and proposals.Ensure compliance with event production standards and regulations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Event Management, Production, or related field preferred.3+ years of experience in live event production and management.Strong knowledge of event production elements such as audio, lighting, and video.Experience leading and managing a team of production staff.Proficiency with event production equipment and software.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to manage and negotiate contracts and proposals.Experience ensuring compliance with event production standards.Please apply for immediate consideration.
