Make sure to apply with all the requested information, as laid out in the job overview below.The Senior Event Producer works in collaboration with other Unbridled Productions team members to manage and produce small to large scale events and creative projects. This role expands on the responsibilities of a Producer such as: advising clients on current and innovative event trends, ideas, and equipment technologies; providing innovative concepts, new ideas, and developing a show from concept to activation. They must be familiar with the latest advancements in professional level event technologies as well as on location managing of the procurement of equipment, creative collateral and fabrication, set design and construction, budget management, client and venue interface, and show flow creation and execution for clients’ events. As an expert in event production, they will also be responsible for managing and training new Producers who join the team overseeing their day to day work and supporting their growth and development with the company.Successful Candidates will have the following:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable experience7+ years’ experience producing live events(production/set concept and design experience a plus)Understanding of the journey of the attendee from invite, arrival, event, and post-eventStrong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various levels of managers and clientsExperienced in developing show flows, rehearsal schedules, sourcing speakers and entertainmentAbility to lead and drive full project scope consistent of multiple areas (main stage, breakouts, exhibit halls, evening events, attendee experiences, entertainment, keynote speakers, presentations, motion deliverables, and video production)Strong familiarity and confidence with technical needs and requirements, building strong relationships with the lead production manager or technical director on all programsConfident in leading a team to solve creative challenges and is solutions-orientedExperience producing virtual events to include Zoom and Microsoft TeamsAn accomplished leader who strives to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships both inside and outside the organizationExcels under pressure and tight deadlinesProficiency in software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Design Suite, KeynotePreferred Qualifications:Meeting & Event Coordinator or Project Manager experienceVectorworks or Cinema 4D experience a plusExperience using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and IllustratorExperienced in creative collateral trafficking and managing production of creative assetsWhat you would be doing at Unbridled:Lead and manage the production of large-scale, complex conferences and experiences, while overseeing multiple components of projects simultaneouslyEnsure performance of Associate Producers and Producers assigned to specific projectsSupport growth and development within the teamProvide assistance to resolve client concerns and set standards for future workManage strategic vendor relationships, and collaborate across all internal departments (creative, content, strategy, operations, finance, and logistics)Build successful, trusted relationships with senior-level clients, including C-Suite Executives at large global organizations.Provide training and other team support in collaboration with Sr. Manager, Production OperationsAct as Lead Producer on several programs per year:

Develop, collaborate, and manage a technical plan that best supports client needs for all eventsSourcing and Managing Vendors and ContractorsCreate and manage all aspects of production to best support event and attendee experienceMaintain point of communication between all vendors, crew, and support staffDevelop, track, manage and reconcile project budgetsCreation of ongoing and detailed show flows, rehearsal schedules, and other production documentsWork with Creative Team to provide creative concepts for set design, show flow, visual imagery, content, and event themeIntegrate with Creative Team to produce creative collateral assets and fabricated elements
