You will thrive at Unbridled because we focus on relationships, keep clients first, and put people before process.Job DescriptionThe Associate Producer works in collaboration with other Unbridled Productions team members to manage and produce small to large scale events and creative projects. In this role, an associate producer supports lead producers in coordinating, managing and producing events both in pre-production and onsite. They will become familiar and begin to lead parts of projects, including procurement of equipment, creative and collateral fabrication, set design and construction, budget management, client and venue interface, and show flow creation and execution for clients’ events. The Associate Producer will be expected to work out of the Denver office. The ideal candidate will have some previous event experience either in corporate events, or experiential.Successful candidates will have the following:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable experience2+ years’ experience producing live eventsUnderstanding of the journey of the attendee from invite, arrival, event, and post-eventStrong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various levels of managers and clientsConfident in being a part of a team to solve creative challenges and is solutions-orientedA culture leader who strives to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships both inside and outside the organizationExcels under pressure and tight deadlinesProficient in prioritizing tasks and reacting to changes while remaining on schedule.Experience working on multi-tasking multiple projects concurrentlyConfidence and positivityExcellent communication skills (oral and written)Ability to travel – 25%-40%Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Design Suite, KeynotePreferred Qualifications:Meeting & Event Coordinator or Project Manager experienceVirtual event experience a plusWhat you would be doing at Unbridled:Assist in Development and management of a technical plan that best supports client needs for all eventsSourcing and Managing Vendors and ContractorsAssist in creation and management of all aspects of production to best support event and attendee experienceNegotiate contracts with vendors, entertainment, and talentProduce creative client proposals, manage logistical documents and timelines, and source vendor partners for all aspects of the eventMaintain point of communication between all clients, vendors, crew, and support staffLearn to develop, track, manage and reconcile project budgetsCreation of ongoing and detailed show flows, rehearsal schedules, and all related show documentsWork with Creative Team to provide creative concepts for set design, show flow, visual imagery, content, and event themeIntegrate with Creative, Content, and Media Teams to produce creative assets and fabricated elementsOnsite operations and live show executionFrequent and extended travel required up to 25% - 40% of the timeComprehensive Benefit PackageUnbridled provides a comprehensive benefits package to all Unbridled employees, as well as other perks and work-life integration.
