So, you can take on whatever tangles life throws your way.The RoleWe are looking for a talented and ambitious Senior PR & Influencer Manager to lead PR and Influencer strategy in our Direct Markets (primarily US & UK).In this role you’ll get to:Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that supports our broader marketing objectives, is brand-building in nature, and aids our commercial goals.Plan, manage, and monitor the influencer marketing budget ensuring the most effective and efficient spending to yield the best ROI.Own all contract negotiations between influencers and management agencies with the ability to negotiate terms to ensure seamless end-to-end execution.Manage our US PR agency & oversee UK agency (supporting the UK Marketing Executive) to drive media coverage across print, online, and broadcast.Deliver monthly data analysis of all influencer campaigns and activity providing thorough insight into results, demonstrating how these are aligned with objectives (campaign/departmental/company) & presenting these to senior stakeholders, including SLT.Deliver post-campaign wrap-up reports which demonstrate how activity performed against the objective and highlight areas of improvement and any lessons to be learned for future initiatives.Own the Influencer budget for the US setting and monitor spending overseen by Head of Marketing US. Monitor the influencer marketing budget for the UK ensuring the most effective and efficient spend to yield the best ROI.Manage one direct report – lead, motivate, appraise, and develop this person.What we are looking for in you:Proven experience planning and executing a successful influencer strategy across multiple social platforms and multiple geographies.Knowledge of both UK and US markets and influencer landscapes.Exceptional experience curating and maintaining strong influencer relationships.Tangible experience navigating contracts, talent deals, and negotiations.Creative mindset and attention to detail to ensure our influencer content is on brand, inspiring, and engaging.Experience developing reports, metrics, and specific KPIs aligned to business objectives.Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders.Experience working for a globally recognized brand.Exceptional people management skills and a desire to create a collaborative working environment including external agencies, direct reports, and the wider marketing team.Resilience to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects.A can-do attitude and all-round positive team player.The good Stuff:For all your hard work and dedication, we have fantastic rewards for you:A flexible workplace - core hours of 10am to 4 pm.Salary circa $110k, dependent on experience.Performance related bonus – 15% based on annual salary.Guardian for Dental insurance, Vision insurance, and Life Insurance.United Healthcare medical insurance.401(k) scheme.25 days holiday with the option to buy more holiday days.Enhanced Family Policies.Period & Menopause Policies.Office perks incl. free breakfasts, snacks, and Happy Hour.Enjoy a meeting-free Friday with a 4.00 pm finish to kickstart your weekend.
