Collaborate with UX, business, and IT teamsDevelop intuitive user interface designs for web and mobileSenior-level leadership role with a focus on integrity and servant leadershipAbility to articulate design decisions and represent design direction
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders for best-in-class digital experiencesAdvocate for UX standards and methodsInterface with leadership to drive product directionLead colleagues in co-creation and process improvement
Skills Required:
3+ years in digital user experience designMastery in UX design principles, wireframing, and prototypingProficiency in industry-standard design toolsBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and UI frameworksExperience with design systems and operationsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsBachelor\'s degree in UX or related field or equivalent experience
