This will ensure store standards meet or exceed visual expectations to drive customer experience. Elevating visual merchandising to align with company strategy will increase profitability of the store by maximizing personal/store productivity consistently. Provide optimum level of customer service by fulfilling customer’s requirements and needs and consistently apply non-negotiable standards.
