We are on the lookout for an innovative Growth Marketing Manager (Experiment) with a keen focus on affiliates, experimentation, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, direct mail, and more. This role is designed for a visionary who is deeply data-driven and ready to take full ownership of our experimental performance marketing campaigns. You will be the architect of our testing roadmap, spearheading the launch of new experimental channels. This strategic position is crucial for accelerating our growth and fostering an "always be testing" culture within our go-to-market team.

Comprehensive Campaign and Budget Management : Direct the management of campaigns and budgets with a sharp focus on maximizing ROI, ensuring that all activities are aligned with our strategic goals and deliver on key performance indicators.

Data-Driven Optimization : Conduct thorough analyses of campaign performance, leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and optimize for better results.

Creative Collaboration : Work closely with designers and copywriters to craft compelling ad creatives tailored for each experimental channel, enhancing engagement and performance.

Cross-Functional Team Coordination : Ensure seamless integration of experimental campaigns with the broader marketing strategy and company objectives, working closely with teams across the organization.

Industry Leadership : Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and best practices related to experimental marketing channels, applying this knowledge to refine and evolve our strategies.

What we look for:4+ years of experience in managing and leading innovative marketing campaigns, with a solid track record of driving growth through experimental channels.

Deep understanding of a variety of marketing channels, with a particular emphasis on affiliates, OOH, direct mail, and other non-traditional platforms.

Proven expertise in data-driven decision-making, equipped with strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytics tools and platforms.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across teams and presenting complex insights to leadership.

Budget management prowess, with experience in allocating resources efficiently and driving campaigns to meet or exceed performance targets.

Experience with external partnership management, including negotiation and collaboration with agencies, vendors, and technology providers.

Industry-specific knowledge is a plus, especially the ability to quickly understand and apply legal industry insights to marketing strategies.
