The ideal candidate will be passionate about building and bringing outstanding products to market, have strong business acumen and be passionate about GenAI. This role requires crisp critical thinking and the ability to synthesize market trends, customer feedback, and business insights into clear, actionable strategies. This role is perfect for someone who can balance hands-on product marketing work and team leadership.What You'll DoStrategy development:

Partner closely with product leadership to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive long-term business goals in alignment with customer value.Product positioning and messaging:

Build compelling and differentiated positioning and messaging, highlighting key benefits and value propositions to resonate with target audiences.Customer insights:

Develop deep qualitative and quantitative customer insights on all fronts to advise product and marketing strategies.Market understanding:

Develop deep knowledge of the stock business and categories, differentiated capabilities, content quality and be the authority in market trends, customer needs, landscape, and market growth drivers - both in GenAI and content marketplace space.Business acuity:

Define the critical metrics for measuring success across Adobe Stock strategic priorities through objectives and key results setting process and measure success to recommend actions.Executive presence:

Drive strategic discussions with senior executives to influence strategy decisions.Cross-Functional leadership:

Lead a cross-functional team to deliver on key success factors across all aspects of the GTM Strategy.Team leadership:

Lead and mentor a product marketing team to drive impact. Act as a change agent, guiding teams forward in a multifaceted environment.What You’ll Need to SucceedExperience defining and driving business growth through strategic unlocks.5+ years of hands-on team leadership experience.Proven experience in inbound product marketing, with a focus on strategy development, business growth, and product launches.Ability to think big picture and dive into details at the same time to tackle critical business problems.Ability to prioritize in parallel and pivot swiftly, if needed.Effective executive presence, exceptional influencing skills, and proven experience in driving consensus with product management, engineering, marketing, and GTM leadership.Driven, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and sense of humor.Location and HoursSan FranciscoAbility to work 3 full days in the San Francisco office.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $116,400 -- $257,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
