St. Paul Lutheran Church is seeking a Director of Music and Creative Arts. Under the guidance of the senior pastor, this person is the chief steward of the congregation’s musical confession of Christ Jesus as Lord. Responsibilities include two worship services every Sunday at 8:00AM (Traditional Service) and 10:30AM (Blended Worship Service), as well as Wednesday evening adult choir rehearsal from 7:00-8:30PM. In addition to these responsibilities, the Director of Music and Creative Arts must oversee the adult handbell group (directed by a well-qualified volunteer) and building a children's and youth choir program.

For the blended worship service, the candidate must be able to lead the Covenant Worship Ensemble, providing contemporary music and hymns. This ensemble rehearses on Sunday mornings at 9:30AM and plays for the 10:30 service each week. Leading vocally is a must and it is highly recommended that the candidate plays either piano or guitar well enough to lead this ensemble.
St. Paul is a very loving and supportive church that is accustomed to a strong music program. We are now looking for a person who will help us deepen and broaden the reach of our music ministry. Fulltime desired.
