Be a strategic thought partner to our C-suite leaders, and help deliver their communications to the company and their individual teams.Find stories that showcase our momentum to inspire employees.Produce superb written internal communications and succinct talking points for executives, and deliver constructive feedback.Quarterback leadership communications efforts by partnering with cross-functional collaborators and internal comms teammates.Help create a vibrant, diverse, and inclusive culture that attracts and retains the best talent for Cruise.What you must have:

10+ years in communicationsExperience working directly with C-suite executivesPassion for engaging employeesExcellent writing skillsBonus points:

Experience in the tech industryPassion for the future of mobilityExperience handling company communications channelsThe salary range for this position is $147,300 - $216,600. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, long-term incentives, and benefits.
