Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.The Digital Advertising Specialist will manage advertising campaigns for our auto dealer customers. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the technical execution of online marketing campaigns including Search Engine Marketing, Display, Social and Video Advertising services. The Digital Marketing Specialist will conduct a thorough consultative review of the customer’s digital marketing performance and provide solid, actionable insights. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams including brand marketing, digital and sales to truly drive the strategy for multi-channel programs. This full-time position reports to the Digital Advertising Supervisor and can be remote.Essential Functions:

Manage accounts through the life-cycle starting with onboarding to regular day to day account managementRespond to customer requests and communications in a timely manner, based on SLAs set by the companyMaintain a customer retention rate that is deemed acceptable by the companyAct as a true consultant by understanding the client's core goalsPlan advertising strategy on a monthly and quarterly basis with clientsExecute and present results of key initiativesIdentify opportunities to enhance a client's advertising portfolioEnsure that accounts meet client defined budget and metric goalsOptimize accounts on a regular basis based on best practices outlined by the companyDeploy A/B testing and CRO tactics to improve account performanceRequired Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceExcellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlinesKnowledge of Google Analytics or other bid optimization toolsProficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and OutlookPrior Customer Service ExperienceExperience managing a digital campaignPreferred Skills/Experience:

Google Analytics CertificationGoogle AdWords and Bing Ads CertificationsExperience as a PPC analystPrior experience with bid management software such as Kenshoo, Marin, Doubleclick, Searchforce or AcquisioProject management experienceAutomotive marketing / automotive internet sales experiencePrior experience with digital marketing agenciesThe salary range for this position is $41,200 - $74,700.The maximum range shown represents your earning potential with DealerOn for the life time of the role. The posted salary range for this position may be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
