Marketing Director

to lead our marketing initiatives and drive our business forward.

Job Duties

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with product-led growth objectives, leveraging digital channels and traditional marketing methods to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention

Lead and mentor a team of marketers, overseeing campaign planning, execution, and optimization across digital marketing, content marketing, branding, PR, events, and other marketing initiatives

Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management to translate product features and benefits into compelling integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target B2B audiences

Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop integrated marketing programs that support lead generation, conversion, and customer lifecycle management

Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize campaign performance, measure ROI, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and digital marketing best practices to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in our marketing efforts

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all digital marketing activities, particularly in the highly regulated Insuretech sector

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA preferred

8+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS, Insuretech, or related industries

Demonstrated experience leading and managing digital marketing teams

Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tools, including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms

Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and initiatives

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment

Experience navigating regulatory compliance and legal considerations in digital marketing, particularly concerning data protection and privacy laws

Ability to work cross culturally on a global team

Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Ability to perform at a high-level in a remote work environment
