It is the responsibility of this position to utilize marketing expertise, data analytics, customer insights, and product knowledge to drive value throughout the organization. This position will oversee strategies to drive new customer acquisition and retention for GuideStone in both the B2B and B2C sectors. The Director, Growth Marketing position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will work closely with line of business leaders and stakeholders to establish vision, define goals, and deliver customer experiences that achieve desired business outcomes. This position is not accountable for Product Strategy or Enterprise Marketing.What you will do:

Create, lead, and execute end-to-end strategy to increase qualified leads through social engagement, demand generation, and conversion.Work alongside line of business leaders to develop strategic marketing plans and oversee their execution.Optimize website and social media channels to build audience and convert prospects.Build quality campaigns and content targeted at buyer personas.Effectively communicate the impact of marketing campaigns to internal stakeholders.Manage marketing automations designed to move customers from awareness to conversion.Track and report on real-time performance metrics.Plan, oversee, and arrange projects driving customer acquisition and retention strategies.Ability to understand data analytics and extract useful or actionable information with strong problem-solving skills.Maintain a clear understanding of the company’s business objectives to achieve business goals.Accountable to unlocking value from internal and external data to inform decisions, recommend course corrections, predict outcomes, and prescribe actions to enable and drive employees and strategy.Encourage problem-solving, strategic thinking, and customer orientation amongst the team.Build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders and communicate a compelling vision to integrate marketing and line of business efforts.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions and time constraints.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and departments.Ability to work and collaborate with technical and creative teams, as well as with various line of business leaders, to define requirements and execute strategies.Manage relationships and work closely with agency partners, as necessary.Supervisory Responsibilities And/or Relationships

Responsible for full scope of supervision including reviewing performance of assigned staff.This position has direct supervisory responsibilities for the Retirement marketing strategists, Insurance marketing strategists, Investment marketing strategists, and the Mission:Dignity marketing strategists.Builds relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of organization.Leads project planning and execution.Contributes to the training and development of team members.What you will need:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, MIS, or communications preferred.Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.At least 7 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.Member of a faith-aligned church.Travel approximately 5%.Proven ability to align people/processes/technology to drive business outcomes.Experience leading, mentoring, and developing teammates to create an enthusiastic, productive, and dynamic team.Great interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.Strong and proven track record/performance in managing complex projects.Proficient skills in MS Office and appropriate GuideStone system applications.Must possess excellent organizational and project management skills.Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.Familiar with financial services products and processes preferred.Highly self-motivated.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Adapts well to change and works well under pressure.Understanding of unique ministry and business environment.Must have complete confidentiality regarding GuideStone business matters.
