Web Specialist (Web Production Specialist or Front-End Designer/Developer) Our education client is seeking a Web Specialist to join their dynamic team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing web technologies while ensuring optimal user experiences. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, project management skills, and adaptability to agile methodologies. The successful candidates will collaborate closely with development and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) teams, contributing to the timely delivery of projects and the continuous improvement of web properties.

To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain web technologies with a focus on user experience.Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and respond effectively to urgent projects.Conduct site audits and implement necessary improvements to enhance performance and accessibility.Utilize content management systems (CMS), with preference for experience with enterprise CMS platforms and specifically Drupal (Lightning builder experience a plus).Employ project management methodologies, particularly Agile, to facilitate efficient project delivery and quality assurance.Utilize UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch to contribute to the design and development process.Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and processes.Collaborate effectively within the team and across departments, contributing to a positive and innovative work culture.Qualifications:1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive under deadlines.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and web accessibility standards.Experience with large CMS platforms, with preference for enterprise CMS experience.Familiarity with project management methodologies, particularly Agile.Knowledge of UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.Experience with IT ticketing systems and Azure is a plus.Demonstrated ability to pivot and adapt to new technologies and processes.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28/hr to $35/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
