Ready to listen, learn, and grow alongside a team of makers and thinkers.Responsibilities:Creation of media in a wide variety of stylesInteract with creative and other agency partnersEffectively manage your time across multiple projects, adhering to client budget and time constraintsPresents new ideas to members of the teamContribute to projects through all phases of productionDevelops designs that are on strategy and reflect brand’s personalitySeek opportunities to continually improve job skills and technical and application knowledgeQualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, or communications required; or equivalent work experience in the advertising industry.Experience: Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an advertising agency required.Software: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Google G-Suite, MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) required.Portfolio of work covering a wide range of creative projectsSoft Skills:

Strong conceptual and design skillsComfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders, regularly delivering and receiving feedbackResilience dealing with a wide range of expectations and opinionsAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentStrong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
