*Description:*

The Product Marketing team ensures that the marketing, advertising and creative tactics for client products and services are aligned to meet the goals of the organizations they support. Marketing Managers should be competent in marketing concepts, tactics, and activities. This includes the ability to prepare an annual market plan while developing and managing the creative strategy and determining the segmentation data modeling/targeting. This position will work with both external and internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize marketing messages, marketing channels, and paid and earned media opportunities. This role will maintain a high degree of knowledge and strategic insight on current and new marketing outreach channels. This position is accountable for the development and execution of program marketing plans, managing budgets and timelines, developing creative briefs, and ensuring that assigned program campaigns deliver on stakeholder goals.

*Responsibilities** Assist in the developing and managing strategic annual marketing plans that translate program claims and features into benefits, while maximizing customer response rates and ROI.* Manage, lead, and organize multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet desired program goals and timelines.* Collaborate with the Lead Product Marketing Manager in the development and execution of high-impact marketing strategies & initiatives.* Contribute to the translation of program goals into marketing goals to ensure that annual market plans are executed as planned, including dynamic customer targeting. This position deals with changing priorities and differing situations.* Support the tracking of marketing costs, providing accounting for invoice payments, and any requests from Regulatory related to marketing expenses.* Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders -both external and internal - to identify and prioritize marketing strategies, messages, and channels.* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.* Conduct analysis of marketing channels to ensure KPI’s are meeting expectations.* Help with the coordination of events, webinars, and other promotional activities including giveaways, collateral, graphics, and other items as needed for external vendors and program use.* Create marketing presentations showcasing assets developed and results to share with program management and external vendors for quarterly business reviews.* Provide insight into internal and/or external challenges and/or regulatory issues. May interface with regulatory affairs, program management, customer service, corporate communications, legal and other key internal and external stakeholders to build alignment on the marketing plans.* Responsible for all outbound marketing quality assurance procedures to protect customer data. (i.e. direct mail audits, etc.)* Secure marketing channels: work with Product Marketing to identify cross-selling opportunities and promotions.

*Required/Basic Qualifications** Bachelors degree* 2 years related work experience

*Desired Qualifications** Masters degree* In addition to desired degree, 3+ years related work experience

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to Friday

Education:* Bachelor's (Required)
