Summary:Finance Ops & Media Operations Coordinator We’re looking for someone with marketing and/or advertising agency experience who is well-versed in managing digital media and financial workflows across multiple stakeholders and platforms. The Finance Ops & Media Operations Coordinator will focus on connecting numbers between media strategy and the finance teams, to ensure proper management of budgets, pacing and media billings. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating cross-functional processes, while mentoring or training peers on best practices.
Responsibilities:Has strong attention to detail with mix of quantitative and analytical skills
· Understands the value and challenges of working in a fast-paced environment
· Is resourceful, self-motivated, independent, organised with multi-tasking capabilities
· Comfortable providing guidance to peers, agencies & media partners Requirements:
· 3+ years in a digital media, marketing or finance role
· Advanced Microsoft Excel and data modelling skills
· Familiar with Databricks is a plus
· Hands-on experience overseeing media billings and/or media reconciliation within platforms
· Understanding of media planning/buying processes experience is a plus This role will be based in San Jose, CA or San Francisco, CA
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or finance
