Work with Paid Media and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising platforms that are the backbone of the internet (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, Shopify Ads, LinkedIn Ads).Use market research to create effective advertising strategies.Translate ad performance into actionable insights that clients can use and communicate them effectively.Work with multi-functional teams to execute marketing plans and campaigns.Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies that align with business objectives.Utilize data and analytics to inform campaign direction and optimize performance.Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.Conduct market research to identify target audiences and emerging trends.Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.Communicate strategy and performance updates to stakeholders.Explore and integrate AI-driven tools and techniques to enhance advertising efforts.Continuously seek out new learning opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.The Background Profile
1 year experience with paid media and digital advertising tools, platforms and strategies strongly preferred (e.g. internships, co-ops, family businesses will be considered)Strong interest and experience with Real-Time Strategy (RTS) video games (e.g. StarCraft) or chess strategy highly desiredFamiliarity with AI-driven advertising solutions preferredHighly proficient and engaged user of the newest relevant technologyStrong Microsoft Excel proficiency and direct experience working in ad platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads)Background or education in Art History a plusComfortable working 100% remotely with a 90-day probationary periodThe Ideal Background
