Foundations Worldwide, Inc is a rapidly growing, Ohio-based, children's product company. Encompassing four core brands, our growth strategy is centered around expanding our owned eCommerce platforms along with our online platform partnerships with Amazon, Wayfair, Target, Walmart, and more. We are seeking a Paid Advertising Strategist to join our growing team of digital marketers. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Paid Advertising Strategist will be responsible for the day-to-day paid media activities and tactical execution for all our branded sites, helping deliver results and meet established goals.

Additionally, you will be charged with auditing, monitoring, and reporting on bid management, keyword research, audience building, implementation of ad new features, A/B testing, custom landing pages, and working with the product marketing and creative team to develop best in class advertising content that supports the customer purchase journey. You will also be responsible for monitoring the monthly budget for each program, reporting key metrics, and making recommendations as necessary.

Create, monitor, and evaluate paid advertising campaigns for search, social, display and programmatic campaigns.Provide thorough analysis of paid search and social campaigns via bid/budget management and reporting tools to ensure each is meeting its KPI and ROI objectives.Execute digital marketing strategy in collaboration with VP of Marketing.Write and test relevant ad copy, assist with landing page optimization recommendations, and work with the creative team on display/retargeting formats.Set the strategy, optimize, and provide budget recommendations in order to maximize ROI on various paid channelsWork with internal teams as well as online resources to identify and build targeted audiences for all paid search and social media advertising initiativesMaintain positive relationships with search engines and social platforms, with a thorough understanding of features, capabilities, and requirements.Monitor, evaluate, and act as point of contact for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn social media ad campaignsGenerate insights, reporting, and budget recommendations for all managed programsCollaborate with SEO and Amazon Marketing Specialists as it relates to integrated paid/organic keyword and search experience strategies.Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.Requirements

Required Experience & Skills:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following:

3+years of experience in paid search engine marketing, (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads)Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Public Relations, or related fieldExperience with advanced PPC knowledge: product listing ads, standard/dynamic search, shopping campaigns, landing page testing and optimizationAbility to think strategically and drive solid results to grow the businessCraft compelling product headlines and descriptions that drive transactionsFoundational understanding of retargeting strategies, funnel optimization, attribution and channel integrationStrong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills - ability to build out dashboardsExpertise in Google Analytics and Google Looker StudioDemonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust have a natural curiosity and testing mindset with a desire to continually growFast learner, self-motivated, and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritizeEffective communicator who can interface within all levels of the organizationNice to Have Experience & Skills:

Google Analytics 4, audience building and ongoing managementExperience setting up and managing sponsored ads on AmazonCompetitive insights and bid management platformsB2B eCommerce and/or CPG experienceUser Experience and Conversion Rate Optimization best practices and toolsFamiliarity with organic search and social media best practices, and the integration of paid strategies to drive full funnel success, from awareness to conversionArtificial Intelligence (AI) and how to leverage to create efficiencies and achieve desired resultsGoogle Ads and Analytics Certifications
