Position Objective:Responsible for supporting all dealer marketing activities within the Area. Assist in creating, tracking and implementing dealer advertising, marketing, customer retention and event activities to increase Brand awareness and strength. Support the growth of the business within the Area.

Primary Responsibilities:Develop local dealer event concepts for PDMS in coordination with Area Marketing Manager & dealer marketing agency and within Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines.Support Area Team (Area Marketing Manager, Area Vice President, Regional Manager, AfterSales Manager, PDMS Representatives) by providing analysis of dealer marketing needs. Utilize the PDMS program to supports these activities.Support the development, production and implementation of marketing strategies associated with the company's brand awareness within the Area. Analyze and compile competitive marketing data to provide optimal market positioning within the Area.Provide PDMS Representatives with proper support & coordination for improved marketing activities within their Region/Area. Conduct periodic evaluations of projects, campaigns and activities to develop market assessment, help build and maintain corporate/dealership relationships, and increase sales.Assist in the creation, implementation and continuance of the PDMS program; as a result contributing to the attainment and subsequent growth of sales objectives and proper Brand representation.Lead and participate in the development of strategic direction and program implementation of key customer retention marketing solutions with cross-functional teams within PCA, PAG and external vendors.Support Area Team in the creation, implementation and attendance of special events, promotions and meetings to promote the PDMS program, including: Sports Car Races, Concours Events and Auto ShowsCompile and maintain dealer marketing event calendar in collaboration with Area Teams to ensure sustained marketing opportunities within the Area.Contribute to the achievement of the Area dealers' PDMS Fund Utilization goals and objectives. Ensure the adhering of CI guidelines in all dealer marketing materials and communications.Conceptualize, actualize and manage an area marketing fleet of up to 18 cars, used to transport throughout the area to support dealer and area events.Responsible for the proper usage of, awareness of, and compliance with Information Technology security policies.Seeks to ensure proper retention of electronic documents, business confidential information, and actively demonstrates an understanding of the need to safeguard competitive information in both electronic and non-electronic formats.

Qualifications:Education: College degree in Business or Marketing, or the equivalent education and experience.Skills:• Excellent oral and written communications skills• Excellent analytical and record keeping skills• Organized, highly detailed with the ability to multi-task• Proficient in Microsoft Suite• Must be willing and able to travel, including overnight.
