The Regional Marketing and Communications Manager will serve as the nexus of location-specific marketing in the Northeast Region including businesses in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and New York. The Regional Marketing Manager takes a multi-channel approach to engaging with internal and external stakeholders, developing traditional and digital promotions in order to build awareness of our brand within their community. This role is expected to execute on a calendar of monthly activities as well as work with the Sr. Director, Designer, Business Development and Outreach team, and regional staff to lead or support additional special projects.

Pay Range is between $65,000 - $75,000 annually based on education and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES | WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Lead overall marketing strategies for special education schools in the NE region.Build, execute upon, and document event promotion plans to include collateral needed, promotional items, plans to drive attendance, lead collection, and internal logistical coordination.Execute a content marketing calendar by coordinating with internal subject matter experts to determine topics, edit materials, and create customer-facing resources.Execute social media calendar by developing region specific as well as prospecting content.Develop and execute advertising on behalf of school and growth priorities.Maintain company websites, working with web development vendors and team to maintain timely updates.Coordinate photo and video shoots at schools with in-house photographer. Confirm that all photos and videos used are cleared by media release or appropriate parental permission. Follow all compliance guidelines regarding use of student images or information.Maintain database of advertising opportunities, local community organizations, and press contacts, which includes periodic review and refresh as well as research into new service areas.Develop and execute launch plans for new school locations; build on standard activities and recommend additional outreach; report on effectiveness.QUALIFICATIONS | WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field and 7 years related experienceEducation or Healthcare industry experiencePreferred knowledge of Drupal, Wordpress, HubSpot, and social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.Must have experience developing timelines and meeting deadlines.Must have strong analytical and organizational skills.Must work in a team environment.Must have reliable transportation and travel experience.BENEFITS | WHAT WE OFFER
