We recently launched an exciting GOOD SAM rebrand and are looking for a Senior Designer to help continue to bring this new visual identity to life across print, digital, and promotional channels. Our Senior Designer will play a key role in performance marketing design, concept development, layout, content packages, and all aspects of rich visual storytelling, in collaboration with the ACD Creative Production and Head of Creative to resonate with targeted audience segments and key brand partners.

Primary Responsibilities

Produce innovative visual concepts that enrich the audience experience across platforms, as well as print and digital mediums.

Implement Good Sam visual strategy and design systems to support key brand/business objectives.

Create and nurture working relationship with business partners. Collaborate on solutions and effectively and professionally communicate design thinking.

Prioritize and manage work efficiently by communicating with ACD and Project Manager in order to deliver by deadlines. Liaise with the larger team on active projects to ensure deliverables are met.

Work with partners in digital strategy to better understand project scope and goals to create informed designs. Collaborate with the editorial and social teams on content for web and social.

Ensure excellence, keen a­ttention to detail and strategic visual thinking in Good Sam brand application.

Work within design workflows and ensure quality control across all projects – troubleshoot issues when necessary.

Play a key role in design production, ensuring delivery in a timely and efficient manner.

Perform pre-press duties including file management, proofing, and final approvals

Qualifications

4-6 years design experience

Expertise in designing for both digital and print across editorial and promotional outputs

Expertise in adapting design ideas across multiple platforms and touchpoints

An appreciation of the requirements of corporate branding, and a solid understanding of marketing and advertising

Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to convey and package creative ideas

A mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)

Experience with Figma

Experience in After Effects a plus

A degree or diploma in design and/or visual communication

A thorough understanding of print and digital production

Expectations

This role will be a hybrid position, with the ability to work from either our Lincolnshire or Chicago locations (although, Lincolnshire would be preferred).

Pay Range:

$69,825.00-$104,711.25 Annual
