The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.As an Associate Director of Marketing & Strategy, you will be responsible for creating customer demand for the Masterbrand, Jell-O across the Refrigerated Ready to Eat and Dry Package Dessert categories as well as the total Baking Portfolio including brands like Bakers Chocolate and Kraft Caramels. Your responsibilities will span across strategy, innovation and renovation, agency management, P&L and financial ownership, as well as near and long-term strategic planning and development. This position defines the brand's pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising and promotion strategies and is accountable for delivering the brand's profit, volume and market share goals.This position is best suited for someone who is strategic, consumer focused, data-literate, creative, organized, has a strong bias for action and excellent communication.
